Which is a better car to purchase, 2004 acura TL or a 2003 bmw?

I dont really mind which bmw it is as long as its a 2003 or older and i dont care about what series but i dont want any of the SUV's or M series. (cant really afford a newer one). I currently have a 1994 325i bmw but it is falling apart on me and i want a knew car. I was all for a new bmw but recently my friend got a new tl and it drives and looks great. I really got attached to the TL but i dont know which i would rather have. Give me some pros and cons of both guys and let me know what you are thinking so i can make a better decision. and please if its not too much to ask dont just choose one give me a reason why i should pick the car you think is better. thanks

1994 325i don't buy another car just tune it well if you want to
but if you want to buy a new car then buy a bmw 2004 325ci

Why would you even think about getting another BMW (Big Money Wasted) if your current one is falling apart?

get like a bmw m5 or 550i, bmw's now are very well made and they are just great cars. its a bmw, i mean come on, but its ur decision, but id go with the bmw
