Im looking for an 04-05 with like 30-40k miles for ideally $18k if I can get that. The lowest I have seen is $19k and they usually have 45-50k miles.

I'm lookin for a certified used one and Im wondering how much room for negotiation is in the asking price. Im paying cash as well if that helps (got outside financing).

Oh and I know Acuras are super reliable but does anyone know if there are issues with the TSX 04s since it was the TSX debut? Should I definitely be looking for an 05?

Not sure if they still sell those but if you change your mind to buy a brand new TSX I'd suggest you should wait till next year cause the new model of the TSX is coming out and man oh man it looks beautiful. A nice cool looking car.
