View Full Version : what car is better....a '97 honda civic ex or a '94 acura integra ls? Krazyboy 02-29-2008, 01:07 AM they both cost about the same price Chigga 02-29-2008, 01:38 AM I'll take the Integra over the Civic, despite being an older model rugbymanvince 02-29-2008, 01:38 AM both are equal cars... Dagger 02-29-2008, 02:13 AM There both great cars!! jlhm20 02-29-2008, 02:14 AM i'd go with the civic...its newer and has v-tech motormouth19tw 02-29-2008, 02:46 AM Acura Integra is much sportier. If it is a V-Tec, pick that one. Integra's look better than Civic's too. I have a 1998 Integra. Maria b 02-29-2008, 02:46 AM Well Honda makes both of them, I would say the newer one, but it depends on how the car was taken care of and the mileage mccoyblues 02-29-2008, 02:48 AM Since both cars are Honda products I'd say it's a matter of personal preference. JusMe 02-29-2008, 03:01 AM Either one would be fine -- but I'd take the one w/out any accidents (if possible) and has the better engine with less miles. Take into account Honda Civics are very easy to steal, so if you live in an area with a high rate of carjacking take precautions and and get a club and/or alarm. I have a '95 Honda Civic EX that I don't much anymore, but it was just stolen and recovered last month -- excellent cars. jc3 02-29-2008, 03:07 AM The integra is the best Dc2don 02-29-2008, 03:08 AM I would go with the Integra. The integra is just more sporty, cooler, faster and better in everyway. and NO, LS integra doesnt have VTEC unless it was LS/VTEC converted with a VTEC head from a B18C5 or B16. RS, LS, SE, GS are all B18B1 non-VTEC. The GS-R has a B18C1 VTEC. Type-R is a B18C5 VTEC. But they are both made from Honda, so they are both reliable. Integras are just really cool and fun to drive. You will have more fun with it rather than a Civic. Lots of people drive Civics anyway, so you will not stand out like Integras. for a 94', it will last you well over 250k if you take good care of it. INTEGRA FTW!!! DaShadow 02-29-2008, 03:16 AM They both about the same but I would say the Civic because it has v-tec. |
