My 01 3.5 RL has a VSA light and a caution triangle that popped up on my dash. What does that mean and what steps can I take to correct it. Thanks, Sonny

Several things can cause vsa light to activate. Low tire pressure ,very low causing the sensing system thinking the wrong diameter tire is being used. Different sized tires can cause it. Using the space saver spare can cause this.Losing traction in snow or ice can cause it. Just about anytime you have a difference between between wheel speed the sensor will pick up the info and turn on the light. If all conditions are eventually stable the light will turn off in about 3-4 more drives . I had that with my vehicle and turned off the vsa. The system seem to stabalize in 3 more errands with the vehicle.
