The CSX is not sold in the USA... it is only sold in Canada, the UK and Asia. The CSX equivalent here in the USA is the Civic Si but the Si doesn't come with an auto. transmission option, whereas the CSX does.

You first need to find out if the car can be imported to the US. Not all cars built for the Canadian market meet US pollution and safety standards. If it doesn't meet US standards the car would need to be modified. If the car was made in Canada it can enter the US duty free. If it was made elsewhere there would be customs duties to pay.
