It looks good. I would run a Carfax History Report on it. Don't you think 35,000 Miles for a 6-Year-Old car is a little strange. Don't be afraid to haggle and ask for the real rims, not those piece of crap snow tires.

That sounds fake. That is too cheap. They usually cost $30,000 with that mileage.
The guy selling probably does not know what it is really worth.

That is a really good price, the suggested retail price on a 02 MDX in this condition is at $23,000. It looks and sounds like there is nothing wrong with it. I would still do a carfax history check on it just to be on the safe side but it looks like you will have not problems getting that SUV. Goodluck.
