Yes it depends on the maintenance. if you drive it roughly and don't maintain it and don't do regular servicing then its engine gone very early.i just changed motor mount of my car because i drive my car roughly. i bough that motor mount from here (http://stores.ebay.com/Bremen-Tech-GmbH) on ebay at very reasonable price and now its working good.
