I'm looking to buy a used Acura TL.

'04 with 39.5k miles for $24k from an Acura dealer so it still has warranty for a few more years.

'05 with 20k miles for $27k from an Acura dealer so it also has warranty for a few more years.

'06 with Nav with 20k miles for $27k at some dealer I've never heard of on autotrader, so I'm guessing no warranty

'04 with 42k miles for $20k from a car dealer (not Acura) with also probably no warranty


I'm leaning for one of the first two... would it be wise to spend the extra $3k for an '05 instead of '04 and since it also has 20k miles less?
They are both (first 2) silver, the '05 with light black interior and the '04 with light gray interior.
