I have not heard any squealing or grinding in the brakes and don't know what would cause this. Diagnostics at the Auto store was unable to read any ABS issues. Would like to know what would cause both lights to stay on constantly.

most likely cause is a wheel speed sensor being out,you'll need to have some diagnostics done to find out which one,could possibly be the ABS pump
