Right now I have a Honda CR-V and it eats gas up(hate that)..I do travel alot and would like a decent car to travel in, would the Acura MDx or RDx be a good car?

I can guarentee that the MDX and RDX use far more gas (and premium gas) than your Honda.

If gas is the most important thing to you stick to your Honda. If you are willing to sacrifice gas mileage for comfort and luxury then go to Acura.
