...damage the transmission? i really really like how smooth the RL became when i put amsoil engine oil in it. so i want to put amsoil z1 atf that is for honda. i called the acura dealership and they said that amsoil atf would damage the tranny! IS THIS TRUE OR is it JUST A SCAM? please only answer if u know about amsoil and u know about this kind of car. THANK YOU

Check with Amsoil and get they response in writing so if a problem they have to fix. But if you use the recommend grad their should be no problems. What does you owners manual say?
