Hello. Can anyone provide me PLEASE some basic step-by-step instructions for setting up the hands-free link in my Acura. I have been trying for months without any success. Yes, I'm able to pair my phone, but I have been totally UNsuccessful in getting the car's device to respond to my voice. Every time I try I get an error, and the manual's instructions are totally worthless. Are there some step-by-step instructions online....anywhere?? Thanks.

Try going to the dealer for help. I'm sure they have been through this problem about a million times.

First step is to make sure the vents are pointed downwards and the air flow is on low. You can get more assistance by browinsing your owners manual.
