I'm looking for a lowering suspension kit, intercooler, body kit, full exhaust kit, and possibly a turbo

Depends on what suspension you're looking into. Coilovers will definitely cost more, but offers better tunability than the standard spring & shock deal. Body kits and exhaust are the same as well, name brands will always run a bit more $$$. The turbo & intercooler can come later, but wouldn't really advise it due to engine & tranny longevity issues that might arise. Unless you're thinking of tracking the car, then that would be a different story altogether...
