With horsepower comes great responsibility, I would focus on rebuilding the motor to handle the extra ponies first, most people bypass this step and learn a hard expensive lesson later, an Acura Integra is not a race car and it doesn't have race duty parts so forcing 300-500ft.lbs of torque through it is a good way to destroy your frame, transaxle, valve train, etc. After you get all of that situated (2-3 thousand dollars later) you can start looking at what to buy and what not to buy. Do not mess with different cam profiles, by the cost of the car your working on you won't be able to afford the gas mileage as well as expect poor low spee drivability if you do. Turbochargers are fairly cheap as long as you keep them maintained and they provide efficient (legal) substantial horsepower gains, buy GOOD tires and wheels not shiny ones all they do is cost more money you could be using for mods. Use a wider intake manifold and switch to MAP instead of MAF. Drop the weight, every 100 Lbs can be 1/8th of a second or more on your 1/4 mile (in your case probably a lot more)

Sell it and buy a V8 Camaro.
