im stuck between buying a 2003 honda civic sedan or an acura 1.7

acura looks more sporty.. i dont know much about them.. assuming their both great condition and i know both the km are roughly the same, what is the better choice. im a carpenter so i need trunk space.. but i also want it to look good..

i need to know the benefits and difference between both.. gas/insurance/rust spots/ performace/size and anything else you can think of to help me understand more about each car

I Would Say Honda, Only Because They Last Forever If You Keep Up On General Maintenance. They Are Very Good Cars And Get Good Gas Mileage.

I have observe many people are asking the same question. They are really confused between these cars. I will prefer acura.

Mechanically the Civic and EL are the same. Front grill is different, trunk on EL is power only (no key hole). The big difference is interior which has things that are not available on Civic (ie leather). When I was looking for a used Civic I found a few Acuras that were actually priced less than the Civic. That's how I ended up with my 2005 EL premium (with only 54,000 KM) 3 yrs ago.
