Im not sure which one to go with. I really like them both. I like the Volvo because its an SUV and ill have the room when I move to go to school in june, But I like the Acura because its lower to the ground and im a fast driver and that would be better for me. Plus the Acura has xenon projector beam headlights. Im going to be paying for this by myself without the help of my parents. So I would prefer the Acura because I know can work on them. I don't know the Volvo that well. What are your thoughts?? And if your just going to leave comments like spoiled brat or "go with a bmw!!" then don't bother. These are the ones Iv narrowed it down to and ive heard the names before and im used to it. So please be serious.

I'd go with the TL. It probably gets better gas mileage than the SUV and the handling is better too. I've heard that its kind of hard to find parts for volvos (i think somebody told me that the parts have to be imported from Sweeden or something...)

The Acura would be more reliable so it should cost you less money in repairs in the long run, and it should outlast the Volvo. The Acura is also a very quick car and has great performance if you chose the S type model. This is the model that I suggest since you like to drive fast. The Acura has a higher resale value than Volvo so when you go to sell it you will be able to get more money for it.
I also believe without checking the figures that the Acura gets better gas mileage, I may be wrong. The only advantage that I can see for the Volvo is that it has AWD and more cargo room.
So if you dont deal with snow, or you think you can handle driving in it with a FWD vehicle (much better than RWD) then I would say you would be more satisfied with the TL. If you really need the AWD and the extra room get the Volvo, but it may have more problems than the Acura.

Go with the Acura..... it's fast, great handling and has awesome resale value.

Volvo, the Acura is really CRAMPED and SMALL inside. I know someone with one and he is happy with it.

XC90 or Pilot??? Pilot.
I was just considering the XC90 and decided to buy a Honda Pilot. just made more sense. Too much maintenance with the Volvo and much more problems with the XC90 as well.
Acura would fit you better since you like driving fast.
