My wife's Acura CL is beginning to show some bad signs. The transmission will over-rev in the middle of driving. When this happens, both the "Check Engine" and "TCS" lights will come on. She can temporarily relieve this most of the time by pulling over and restarting the vehicle. I am really hoping this does mean time for a new transmission. Any thoughts? Please help!

there was a recall on the transmissions on the 2001 cl's. from what i know it would have to be replaced. mine was replaced at 74k miles
