of a vehicle that had swirved? I was driving my 2005 acura mdx saturday night and had to swirve out of the way of a vehicle that had swirved
into my lane which caused me to crank the wheel right and my brakes locked up and i lost control onto a side street and slammed into a curb. about 7-10k of damage was done. why did my brakes lock up? could i possibly sue the manufacturer for the ABS not working properly?
