I recently purchased an 01 Cl with 110,000 miles. There were no records of any repairs done. I have friends who have had to replace their engine because of snapped timing belts. Is there an urgency to have mine replaced? Is it expensive? Thanks.

Since you don't know it's good preventive maintenance to have it replaced ASAP.
