I have the choice between two used cars. Both are in great shape. Which is going to be a better idea??

1998 Cadillac Catera with 65,000 miles for $3,500
2004 Acura TSX with 195,000 miles for $9,000

Obviously, the TSX is a much better car, but old-and-cheap vs. newer-and-high-mileage?? Which is a better scenario?? What is the likelihood of major repairs due to age (Catera) or mileage (TSX)?? Is it insane to buy a 200k mileage car?!?! Even though it's a Honda??
