...until the tranny gets warm.? CL 3.0L After the car is warm it shifts normal. What is causing this and will my tranny get worse? Car has 246 k's and I had tranny flush and fill 4000kms ago. Almost like a slipping Clutch affect. Thanks in advance

It is slipping and it will get worse.240K is way beyond normal for a transmissions life,It will need to be rebuilt soon.It will cost a$2500.
