Ok, so when I get up in the morning and start my car, everything seems fine. However, I shift into drive and the car hesitates to go a little. Then when I start driving, the car shifts very wierdly. Like I will be lightly accelerating and the car will all of a sudden go fast, the rpm will go way up and then the car will jolt and shift. Then when I stop, the car jolts forward just a bit. What is it? The problem goes away when the engine is warm. The car only has 73k miles! What could it be?

Sounds like another dying Gen1 tranny =/ Check your fluid level, and while you're at it make sure it's a nice red color... If it's greyish, or shimmers in the light (metal shavings) get it flushed with Honda spec ATF. Don't wait either.
