It could be the fan motor or the cooling fan relay or possibly the temperature switch !!!

You will need to check all wire connections to and from the sensor. If you have power going to the sensor, the sensor itself may be bad. You can test the sensor by disconnecting the wires running to it (usually two) and place a wire "jumper" between them. Turn the ignition on and see if the fan comes on and if it does the sensor is definitely bad. Good luck !

I think there must be some problem with the fan motor which stops the cooling system of your car.Its better to get it repair.
