i cut off my alarm on my car and it wouldnt turn on so i put it back on and my car still wont turn on what could be wrong with it i already check all the fuses and there ok and when i put the key in and turn the ignition all i here is a clicking sound and the lights just blink on/off for a minute then it stops

Try to disconnect the battery. It may reset itself after a few minutes.
