My temp guage keeps running hot, not all the time but a lot more lately. I just replaced a weak radiator hose and before that I got a new thermostat and had my air conditioning recharged. The fan does not come on right away and when it does come on it does not shut off for about 10 minutes after I turn the car off........is that normal?

Someone suggested it may be the fan relay being loose.
