I'm thinking of pruchasing a new car for myself. I ahve found a 2003 Acura RSX with 123,000 miles a 2004 Mazda 6 with 92,000 miles and a 2000 Toyota Celica with 90,000 miles. They are all about the same price and have about the same features. Which one is the better buy?

go with the mazda. Its probably the least expensive car to insure (your insurance rate will already be high) Its also a reliable car.

I saw an article yesterday that said that the Acura RSX is one of the more expensive cars to insure. The article also said that small cars like the RSX and the Celica in general are also more expensive to insure because people can get into more accidents (the cars are small and easy to handle in traffic, so many people would drive more dangerously)

all 3 are very good cars, it just all depends what u like most, but if it was me i would take the acura rsx, i've always liked those cars plus acura is very reliable because there owned by honda and use honda motors pretty much, its all up to u, just choose the one u would like most and compare them in looks and features and specs. hope this helps

The RSX has 192K miles and it's the same price as the Celica? That's bonkers.

As a rule of thumb: never buy a used car with over 50K miles on it.
