i swapped a american 3.2 for a japanese and used the original harness but had to splice timing control sensor wirers together it started real hard but it would start and i put a new fuel filter and pump on and then it started right up a few times now it will not start at all it isnt getting spark and just cranks

you had to splice some wires?, how,? I only solder and heat shrink my connections. Double check your connectors. It should not have just stopped starting after it did.
It does not sound real serious double check electrical. Good luck, Dave

If the engine has a crank sensor check that, if it is a distributor it may need an ignitor module

According to me you need to check for three areas:firstly Crank sensor,secondly Connectors and the last distributor of the car.If still the problem lies you need to go to the nearest mechanic.
