i have an acura legend, and i have found it to at time bog it self down ( and not go over 40 mph ). now i just got the car and it did set for awhile, i have put some of the stuff that goes in your tank to get the water out ( cus i thought that maybe there was some water in the tank ) but that didnt really help any i was thinking about doing it again but i dont really know if its going to help or not. so i said maybe you guys can help me. thanks for your time

Ummm... Sounds like a filter issue or a fuel Pump just to be 75% not guessing. You say it Bogs down....But it does Idle. It's the filter. If you are driving and come to a stop does the engine idle or stumble and sometimes die....I would shoot for Pump pressure. The fuel filter is the most ignored part on today's cars and will cause just enough fuel to get to the engine. then there is always enough when it idles. but if the pump is shot then your fuel pressure drops. and it will stumble at a stop until the pressure gets back to normal.
The water evaporator was a good start but it may have enhanced the issue by putting more C%$P in the fuel line. This stiuff also cleans the injectors. Good maintenance call..
