Its never given me the first problem.It jus wouldnt start one morning. It try to crank but it just wouldnt turn over. When it would turn over it would immeadiately shut off if I didnt hold the gas pedal till the floor and even then it wouldnt get up to more than 2000rpm's and it sounded aweful. The diagnostic also said--Camshaft position sensors bank 1. I replaced both and it still wouldnt start. The parts place said the fuel filter was non-serviceable. What could be? please help?

your timing chain jumped teeth, usually caused by a stretched out chain or tensioner, suggest replacing both. best way to check is check the timing on both cam gears. hope this helps
