...blink i thought of the alarm.? alarm was annoying before that's why I had it removed but they just cut it, you think its the reason why my car wont start?

I had this problem with neon I owned. There is a possibility that some of the wires are shorting out causing the problem. Look under the dash and see if you can find any lose wires. If so wrap each end up by it's self with electrical tape, and see if the car will start. If you still have problems you may need to take it to a shop and have them chase wires until they find the problem. My neon had a remote starter on it at one time that I did not know about it. The remote starter box failed and would not allow my car to start. Spent 4 days chasing wires on that trying to find the problem. Alarms have a kill switch on them that acts the same way. Possible there is still something in there that is causing the problem. Good luck...
