The car only does it sometimes but has been doing it alot more lately. When it does do it, and I try to drive the car, it will begin to gain speed, but then loose power very quickly. If I start the car and its a good day and decides not to do it, the car runs fine. It idles up and down as if someone was tapping the gas pedal. If it does do it, it will do it whether the car is cold or warmed up. Sometimes if it does it and I turn the car off, I can restart it and it is just fine. Please help
