looking at buying my first car. descriptions says the engine was swapped with a JDM B16 OBD0. its also got a cold air intake and new exhaust. is that a good engine? its only got 40k miles on it
the engine cover says DOHC Vtec

yes acura's are good reliable cars in general. just as long as it didn't have nitrus on it. but you might want to find out why the engine was swapped in the first place...maybe he beat on it, if thats the case you could have a problem with the tranny or something else further down the road.
